What you'll be doing
- Act as a primary point of contact for end users, providing both in-person and remote technical assistance to ensure the effective resolution of hardware and software incidents.
- Manage the lifecycle of support tickets within our systems, ensuring that all requests are documented, tracked, and resolved with clear communication.
- Maintain office technology, including printers, wireless networks, and Audio/Video conferencing systems, while assisting with the provisioning and deployment of hardware and user accounts.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in a desktop support environment and a Bachelor’s degree. You should be fluent in English and possess the following technical skills:
- Deep proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS hardware.
- Experience managing mobile devices using Intune and securing endpoints with Carbon Black.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Technical knowledge of iOS and Android devices, as well as VoIP and Webex communication tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to create helpful documentation for end users.
