We are currently looking for a Senior Deskside Support Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will act as a vital 2nd level escalation point, providing high-level technical support to our internal teams and assisting our operations staff with daily infrastructure needs. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, and you will be instrumental in ensuring our technology environment remains stable and efficient for all users.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues that require more advanced troubleshooting than our frontline team can provide.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for hardware, mobile devices, and videoconferencing tools like Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams.
- Maintain our internal knowledge base by creating and updating documentation within ServiceNow to help streamline future support requests.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional IT experience, ideally within the legal sector, with a strong background in supporting hardware, iOS, and Windows 10 environments.
- Proven proficiency with the MS Office Suite, VPN, and Citrix remote connectivity tools.
- A college degree is preferred, as is an ITIL Foundation 4 certification or a similar framework background.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you must manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commitment to on-site attendance, as this position requires a consistent physical presence in our office.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 USD. Your final compensation will be determined based on your specific qualifications, years of relevant experience, education, and professional certifications.
