We are looking for a strategic and versatile Senior Designer to join our team in France. At Loft Orbital, we build shareable satellites that provide a fast and simple path to space, and you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life as we continue to scale our operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of our brand identity, creating fresh visuals and scalable systems for our sub-brands and joint ventures.
- Execute creative work across various mediums, including digital campaigns, sales presentations, event signage, and internal documentation.
- Produce or oversee the creation of motion graphics and video content to support our product messaging and storytelling.
- Collaborate directly with our marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate business goals into clear visual narratives.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, balancing competing priorities and maintaining cohesion across our diverse range of mission materials.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones to align on project vision and drive results.
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to handle digital, print, and identity-focused projects.
- Excellent command of visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven experience working effectively within cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in motion design or lightweight video production.
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, After Effects, Frame.io, Slack, or Jira.
- Background in a fast-scaling startup or a technical, aerospace-focused industry.
- Experience managing budgets and production timelines for events or large-scale campaigns.
