We are Phiture, a mobile growth consultancy that partners with industry leaders like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO. Our team is dedicated to becoming the top company in our field, and we are currently looking for a talented Designer to join our remote-first team. We work at the intersection of strategy and creativity, helping the world's most popular apps connect with their audiences through high-performing visual assets.

Key outcomes

• Design high-impact marketing assets for mobile games and ecommerce platforms, including app store screenshots, icons, preview videos, and user acquisition creatives.
• Partner with copywriters, growth consultants, and other designers to build creative strategies that align with player motivations and performance data.
• Integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Help maintain and evolve our brand identity by creating internal assets, event collateral, and conference visuals.
• Engage in regular creative reviews and feedback sessions to foster a culture of experimentation and high design standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio that highlights marketing assets for mobile games, consumer apps, or ecommerce.
• Previous experience in an agency or in-house brand team, preferably within the mobile-first or gaming space.
• A strong understanding of player behavior and the creative elements that drive engagement and app installs.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling, combined with the ability to work within brand guidelines while innovating.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with conversion-driven creative optimization and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Notion or Asana.
• Basic skills in motion design using tools like Premiere or After Effects.
• A strong grasp of current mobile game art styles and advertising trends.
