Role at a glance
We are searching for a Design Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our product suite and defining the design direction for a platform that impacts millions of users worldwide.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from conducting deep user research and data analysis to crafting high-fidelity prototypes and intuitive user flows.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring high-quality output across all projects.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency while empowering our teams to innovate rapidly.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product design, specifically building software for web and mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to lead design projects, conduct user research, and build robust design systems.
- Expertise with industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex design strategies to cross-functional partners.
- A collaborative mindset and a proven track record of mentoring designers to help them reach their full potential.
