Our platform supports critical financial workflows for institutions managing over $5 trillion in assets. We were founded in 2023 by a team of researchers and quantitative traders from firms like Jane Street and Citadel. We have secured over $100 million in funding from major investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Index Ventures, and Andreessen Horowitz. We are currently looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our New York City headquarters.
Key outcomes
- Develop high-throughput market data pipelines and automated smart order routing algorithms.
- Build and maintain real-time portfolio ledgering and position tracking systems.
- Implement high-cardinality portfolio optimization tools.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to solve complex technical challenges in the financial sector.
Requirements
- Expertise in TypeScript and frontend engineering.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently research and solve problems.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A commitment to working on-site at our NYC office five days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous professional experience working as a product designer.
Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges from $175,000 to $275,000. In addition to the base pay, you will receive an aggressive initial equity grant and annual performance-based equity bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a monthly gym stipend, and complimentary lunch and dinner provided at the office. You will also receive paid time off.
