We are a close-knit team of over 90 professionals, backed by industry veterans and top-tier venture capital investors, and we are currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer to help us scale our impact.

What you bring

In this full-time, remote role, you will be a vital part of our engineering team, focusing on the development and execution of our web experiences. You will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring our platforms are as functional as they are beautiful. Your work will be central to how our clients and partners interact with the crypto ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and coding high-quality web experiences using tools like React, Next.js, and Figma.
• Managing your own projects and workflows while collaborating across teams to drive solutions for both internal and external users.
• Taking ownership of technical decisions and helping to establish our engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience in building high-quality web experiences. You should possess a strong grasp of design principles, including typography and layout, paired with deep technical proficiency in web development and troubleshooting. We value candidates who are excellent communicators in English and who can advocate for their ideas with clarity. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine ownership of your projects. While you do not need to be a crypto expert today, a strong interest in learning about the industry and integrating it into your career is essential for success in this role.

What we offer
