We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join us as we tackle complex building mechanical system designs for a variety of institutional, retail, and commercial projects.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our team as an intern. This is an on-site position based in the United States, perfect for an undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA. You will be an integral part of our engineering support staff, gaining hands-on experience in the technical aspects of building systems.
What will you do?
- Assist our engineering personnel with the mechanical design of HVAC, plumbing, and fuel gas systems for diverse building projects.
- Create accurate, cost-effective, and constructible technical construction documents and perform essential engineering calculations, including energy modeling and HVAC load analysis.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and project owners throughout the design and construction phases, which includes reviewing shop drawings and responding to requests for information.

- You have a strong grasp of Mechanical Engineering principles and are comfortable interpreting complex technical documents and diagrams.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly advantageous for this position.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing your time and project goals.
- You are fluent in English and capable of writing clear reports and professional correspondence.
