What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our Origami team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates working from anywhere. You will play a pivotal part in the next chapter of our multi-brand design system, helping us refine our design language and build out a new suite of web components.

What will you do?

• Work in tandem with our design team to refine our visual approach and ensure our Figma libraries are perfectly aligned with our technical implementation.
• Develop and implement accessible web components while authoring clear usage guidelines and documentation.
• Create custom tooling, such as Figma plugins, to bridge the gap between design and engineering workflows.

You are a skilled engineer who understands design principles and cares deeply about creating inclusive web experiences. You should be fluent in English and comfortable with the following technologies:

• HTML with a focus on semantic and accessible markup.
• Modern CSS techniques.
• Client-side JavaScript.
• Figma for design system integration.
• Accessibility standards and testing with assistive technologies.
