The role

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this position, you will serve as a bridge between high-level design and technical execution. You will be responsible for the polish and creativity of our external web presence, using your expertise to build interactive experiences that resonate with our users and support our marketing goals.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, visually stunning web pages and landing pages using Webflow to drive engagement and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including our Product and Sales teams, to ensure our web initiatives align with broader company objectives.
• Optimize the user experience across all web assets by applying a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of modern UX/UI principles.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of creative design talent and technical engineering proficiency. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Five to seven years of professional experience in design engineering or web design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, complemented by a solid understanding of frontend frameworks and JavaScript.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create high-quality, interactive web experiences.
• Experience with web and funnel analytics tools, such as GA4, Mutiny, or Amplitude, to validate design decisions.
• An innovative mindset that allows you to move fluidly between design concepts and technical implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, regardless of your professional background.

Compensation and benefits

We believe in rewarding our team for their contributions to our mission. The salary range for this position is $119,000 to $144,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive:
