What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere. As a key member of our Growth pod, you will focus on elevating the visual and functional quality of our user journey. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Building delightful, highly polished frontend experiences that inspire learners across the globe.
- Collaborating within cross-disciplinary pods to ensure we are building the right features with technical and business precision.
- Advocating for improvements to the developer experience while maintaining a constant focus on the impact your work has on our users.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a problem solver who brings at least five years of professional software engineering experience. You should possess deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a strong commitment to user experience and pixel-perfect polish. We value engineers who write clear, human-readable code and avoid unnecessary complexity. You must be comfortable working across the stack, possess excellent collaboration skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and mentorship. Fluency in English is required for this role.
