What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain a robust React component library using TypeScript and modern CSS in JS methodologies to ensure a consistent user interface.
• Manage and evolve our Figma component libraries and design tokens, acting as a bridge between design vision and engineering implementation.
• Champion accessibility standards across both design and code while mentoring team members on best practices for scalable, inclusive design systems.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in front-end development and a passion for building cohesive systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, specifically focused on creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• At least 2 years of experience leading high-impact design system initiatives across multiple products or platforms.
• Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS in JS.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma for managing component libraries and design tokens.
• A solid understanding of accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design.
• Experience using Git for collaborative version control.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical and design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.
