What you bring
We are seeking a Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Indonesia. This executive-level role is perfect for a leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and executing strategic recruitment initiatives. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Associates by creating career advancement plans, facilitating weekly progress meetings, and providing ongoing professional development.
- Managing the manpower planning process with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ensuring all hiring metrics are met while maintaining high quality and service level agreements.
- Driving effective communication with stakeholders across Asia and engaging with senior-level candidates on a global scale.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically in talent acquisition and 2 years in a people management capacity. You must be highly proficient in English to collaborate with our diverse international teams. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong data-driven mindset, deep expertise in recruitment strategy, and a proven ability to enhance employer branding. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize complex tasks are essential for success in this role.
