We are looking for a senior Deployment Strategist with an electrical engineering background to join our mission, helping our customers integrate our Atlas platform to verify and optimize their most complex hardware projects.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Atlas deployments, managing the entire lifecycle from initial use case identification to long-term workflow integration.
- Serve as the primary technical partner for our customers, working on-site to remove organizational blockers and ensure the platform delivers measurable value.
- Collaborate with our internal product and engineering teams to translate user feedback into meaningful feature developments.
- Lead high-level technical discussions with customer leadership, acting as the domain expert at the intersection of AI and electrical engineering.
- Maintain a consistent in-person presence at our NYC or San Francisco offices when not traveling, with domestic and international travel required up to 50% of the time.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an electrical engineer, specifically within the automotive, aerospace, or semiconductor industries.
- Strong full-stack technical literacy with the ability to quickly master new technical domains.
- Proven product fluency, including experience working alongside product teams to balance technical development with user needs.
- A clear understanding of how to articulate the commercial value of AI-native products.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000 per year, supplemented by competitive equity.
