The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Deployment Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients. You will take ownership of the entire deployment lifecycle, ensuring that our AI solutions are integrated successfully into both our internal environments and our clients' private clouds. Your leadership will be vital as you coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with the high standards our customers expect.

A day in the life

• You will design and execute comprehensive deployment plans, which includes managing timelines, allocating resources, and performing proactive risk assessments.
• You will serve as a key technical point of contact for our clients, participating in architectural reviews and ensuring they have the technical documentation and training needed to succeed.
• You will collaborate daily with our engineering and product teams to resolve deployment challenges and gather insights that will help us refine our delivery strategies for the future.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a background in software solution deployment and a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems. You communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in deployment roles, specifically within cloud-based service environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, with additional knowledge of AWS or GCP being a plus.
• A strong technical grasp of cloud technologies and Dockerized images.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Agile methodologies, data visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI, and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
