Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will lead forward-deployed teams to implement our technology, solve unique problems, and help shape our evolving product stack.

Your impact

• Solve high-impact problems: You will spend significant time onsite with customers to deeply understand their specific needs and develop solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional teams: You will coordinate with engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure our deployments are successful and our team remains aligned on core objectives.
• Drive customer value: You will manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand our engagement by consistently delivering increasing value over time.

• A willingness to travel 25-75% of the time to work directly with customers on-site.

Perks and compensation
