Deployment Lead at Gecko Robotics

Gecko Robotics is dedicated to ensuring the reliability and sustainability of the world’s most critical infrastructure. By integrating wall-climbing robots, advanced sensors, and an AI-powered data platform, we provide our clients with deep insights into the health of their physical assets. We are looking for a Senior Deployment Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will lead teams of forward-deployed professionals to solve complex customer challenges, contribute to our evolving product stack, and serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive Impactful Solutions: You will spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their specific needs and develop innovative, effective solutions that address their most pressing problems.
• Lead Onsite Deployments: As a hands-on leader, you will travel to customer sites to oversee the implementation of our technology, ensuring that our products are tailored to provide maximum value.
• Manage Customer Relationships: You will act as the primary liaison for our clients, navigating diverse professional environments to expand our partnerships and deliver consistent, long-term results.

• A willingness to travel between 25% and 75% of the time to work directly with customers on-site.

What we offer
