As threats like wildfires and severe storms become more frequent, we provide the scalable technology necessary to monitor and protect the vast network of power lines across the United States. By combining advanced sensor packs with artificial intelligence, we turn raw data into actionable insights that help utility providers manage vegetation risks, plan construction, and recover from disasters. We have already partnered with three of the five largest utilities in the country, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us scale our impact even further.

The role

We are seeking a Deployment Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position that bridges the gap between customer success and product development. You will be instrumental in ensuring our technology delivers real-world value to our most critical partners while helping us shape the future of our product roadmap.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and expansion of our solutions with key customers, ranging from conducting user training sessions to presenting complex project findings to executive leadership.
• Define granular project requirements and track ongoing deliveries to ensure we meet our operational goals and identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to scope and develop new features, acting as the primary voice of the customer to drive meaningful product improvements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience, ideally within highly technical environments such as robotics, software development, or engineering.
• A high degree of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, early-stage company environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, including field users and senior executives.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Compensation and benefits
