Demand Generation Senior Manager at DataGrail

We are proud to support millions of consumers through partnerships with major organizations such as Salesforce, Amazon, Overstock, and New Balance. We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Senior Manager to join our team in a remote capacity to help us scale our outbound marketing efforts for the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy designed to increase our pipeline coverage by 3x.
• Lead account-based marketing initiatives, including target account planning, account scoring, and messaging strategies to convert our ideal customer profile.
• Manage our paid media agency to amplify marketing strategies through effective channel distribution across every stage of the funnel.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to build and deploy targeted campaigns for enterprise personas.
• Utilize intent data and attribution models to analyze performance and optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Own the lead hand-off process and conversion targets in partnership with our Sales Development and Business Development teams.
• Manage budgets and project plans for ABM campaigns while continuously iterating based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in building and managing enterprise marketing strategies, specifically within account-based marketing.
• Strong background in paid media management and experience working with external agencies.
• Deep understanding of the sales process, including multi-threading and account-based selling.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with a focus on intent data, attribution, and closed-won analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
• A hands-on approach to creating marketing plans, ad copy, and campaign content.
• Professional fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation is determined based on your specific qualifications, skill level, and competencies. We also offer the benefit of remote work.
