The role
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote role based in Germany, designed for a professional who is ready to take a hands-on approach to multichannel marketing. Whether you are seeking a full-time or part-time arrangement, this position offers flexibility through the end of 2026. You will report to the Director of International Marketing and play a key role in building a scalable growth engine for our EMEA markets.
Core responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multichannel campaigns, including nurture programs and email workflows, using Marketo, Salesforce, and various AI tools.
- Maintain high standards for database hygiene and audience segmentation to ensure our marketing data remains accurate and effective.
- Coordinate and support both digital and in-person events, working closely with our sales teams across EMEA to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Skills and experience
- Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
- Proven ability to work with Marketo and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of how these platforms integrate into marketing workflows.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and data analytics to report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German is required for this role.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn about new marketing technologies and strategies.
