The opportunity
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will shape and run the campaigns that fuel both new customer acquisition and expansion within our existing base. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, you will sit at the center of strategy and execution, working side-by-side with content, product marketing, BDR, and sales teams to turn messaging into measurable pipeline. Your work will directly influence how prospects experience Reprise and how quickly deals progress.
A day in the life
- You will design and lead the execution of multi-channel demand generation plans, choosing the right mix of email, content syndication, digital events, nurture programs, and social for each initiative.
- You will write and publish creative email and social copy, then monitor performance in real time, making data-driven adjustments to improve results across every active campaign.
- You will collaborate daily with content, product marketing, BDR, and sales colleagues to weave company and product messaging into campaigns while tracking progress and sharing feedback on what is working.
Who you are
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and bring three to five or more years of experience building and running integrated campaigns for a multi-product B2B company. You are fluent in the full marketing mix and comfortable with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and G2. Your B2B writing skills are strong, your project-management approach is disciplined, and you thrive when planning and executing side-by-side with both marketing and sales teams. You are fluent in English and excited by the chance to work fully remotely from anywhere in the United States.
