About the Role
As a Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of campaign strategy and execution for both existing customer expansion and new business acquisition. Your ability to dive into our message, and creatively design, execute and analyze programs across multiple channels will be instrumental to pipeline creation at Reprise.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations. You will work closely with the extended marketing team, BDR team and sales team to successfully execute marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in design and lead execution of plans to generate pipeline for Reprise
- Coordinate mix of appropriate tactics on a campaign-by-campaign basis with various internal team members and external contractors i.e. Marketing, BDR, Sales, etc.
- Work closely with content and product marketing team members to integrate company and product messaging into campaigns
- Constantly monitor and optimize marketing campaigns
- Write and post creative email and social media content to support in-market campaigns
- Provide and collect feedback on status and success of marketing campaigns
- Understand Reprise’s business, messaging and ICP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in building and executing campaign plans for a multi-product company, across multiple marketing tactics and platforms: e.g. email, events (digital and in-person), content syndication, nurture sequences, and social media
- Understanding of integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, G2
- Solid B2B writing skills
- Strong project management and execution skills with a focus on driving measurable results
- Highly consultative player who enjoys both planning and execution
- Strength and experience in collaborating across the marketing and sales teams
