As a Demand Generation Manager at 15Five, you will be accountable for making a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through a variety of demand generation programs.

OUTCOMES

Create and manage events that generate demand and create pipeline from end-to-end

Create email marketing that generates demand and creates pipeline from end-to-end

Master Hubspot

Contribute to 15Five’s pillar events such as Thrive and HR Superstars Summit

Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s market and customers

Make data-informed decisions to experiment and improve marketing programs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality focused on impact and results

Experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact

A portfolio demonstrating impactful marketing work

Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other teammates

Hubspot expertise or mastery

Email marketing expertise or mastery

Event marketing interest, expertise, or mastery - If you’re never run an events program before, we already have a webinar program that you can run if you are willing to learn.

Passion for serving HR leaders

Chris Walker and/or Megan Bowen fan

The base salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role across all US locations. We benchmark all roles for compensation in ranges relative to the top half of the market of similar tech companies using up-to-date market data. Within the range, individual pay is determined by budget allocated for the role and additional factors, including job-related competencies and skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The US new hire base salary range for this full-time role is base salary $100,000 - $110,000 + equity + bonus + benefits.

Note that base salary ranges are reviewed each year based on up-to-date market data, and team members who are performing are eligible for a merit increase, budget permitting.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
