What is this role?

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a critical role in driving our business forward by executing high-impact programs that generate demand and build our pipeline.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage end-to-end event marketing programs, including contributing to our major pillar events like the Thrive and HR Superstars Summit.
• Design and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns that effectively generate demand and nurture the sales pipeline.
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to experiment with new marketing strategies and continuously improve our program performance.

• A passion for serving HR leaders and a desire to create impactful marketing work.
• Fluency in English.
