What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be the driving force behind our lead nurturing and funnel optimization efforts, using your expertise in marketing automation and campaign strategy to deliver measurable pipeline impact. Your work will be central to our growth as you collaborate across departments to execute high-impact initiatives. You will be based anywhere, working with a team that values innovation and results.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, from initial planning and kickoff to deployment and final analysis.
- Design and optimize automated email nurture programs that effectively guide leads through every stage of the funnel.
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless tracking, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should possess at least five years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth setting. We require strong analytical skills to interpret funnel metrics and a deep technical proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and automation tools such as Customer.io, Iterable, or Braze. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with various cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. Fluency in English is required for this role.
