Now, we are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in the Philippines to help us revolutionize the practice of law through state-of-the-art management technology.
What you'll be doing
- You will own and drive delivery execution within a cross-functional team, partnering closely with Product Managers to plan, sequence, and deliver high-impact work.
- You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure that Agile practices are applied consistently to keep your team focused, aligned, and moving forward.
- You will act as an air traffic controller for our projects, surfacing risks early, removing impediments, and managing dependencies to ensure releases land smoothly.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Product management and Agile principles. You must be comfortable working in an on-site capacity in the Philippines and demonstrate the following:
- Expertise in Scrum and Project Management methodologies, with a proven ability to guide teams through the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong Data Analysis skills to extract actionable insights from performance metrics and improve team outcomes.
- Exceptional Conflict Resolution abilities, allowing you to navigate complex team dynamics and facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate across our multidisciplinary, global organization.
- A proactive, hyper-organized mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces the challenge of turning creative chaos into structured execution.
