The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our expanding Product organisation. As we continue a multi-year technology transformation to refresh our stack and scale our operations, this role is vital in ensuring our delivery functions remain focused and effective. You will work within a growing team to provide programme and change delivery assistance, acting as a bridge between engineering, product management, design, and our stakeholders. This is a unique chance to shape how we deliver value while helping us maintain our momentum in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

A day in the life

• You will lead the execution of complex projects by applying Agile methodologies, ensuring that our teams remain aligned with organizational goals while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
• You will act as a change agent, coaching teams and stakeholders to refine our Scrum practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparent communication.
• You will manage project roadmaps, budgets, and capacity planning, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure we deliver on time and within scope.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep passion for bringing order and clarity to complex digital environments. You thrive when working across cross-functional teams and possess the emotional intelligence to navigate challenges with an even disposition. You are comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at gaining consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience in Agile digital delivery management and a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmap planning software.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a 3 amigos model, working closely with engineering and product partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor your message to any audience.
• A proactive mindset toward your own professional growth and a genuine desire to mentor others.
