The opportunity

We are searching for a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will take ownership of complex, customer-facing projects, acting as the bridge between our global clients and our internal cross-functional teams. You will work closely with departments such as Engineering, Product, and Legal to ensure our high-quality solutions are delivered successfully. This is a vital position for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity and wants to play a direct role in our continued growth within regulated markets.

A day in the life

• You will define project scopes and roadmaps, translating evolving requirements into clear, actionable plans while proactively managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
• You will lead the full lifecycle of project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resolve blockers from kick-off to go-live.
• You will drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, contributing to the standardization of our delivery methodologies, and supporting internal tooling upgrades.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management who is comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. You should bring the following to our team:

• At least 6 years of experience in project or program management within a tech-centric, cross-functional setting.
• A proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Expertise in using Jira or similar project tracking tools to maintain structure and momentum.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to build trust and alignment across diverse, international teams.
• A self-starter mindset with a preference for Project Management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
• A willingness to travel internationally as needed to support our global delivery efforts.
