What you bring

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our growing Engineering team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who combines strong business acumen with technical expertise in areas like configuration management, continuous integration, and test-driven development. You can work from anywhere in a hybrid capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse, global team of software developers, testers, and operations engineers to ensure high-quality output.
• Partnering with Product Managers to align solution delivery with our product roadmap and strategic timelines.
• Maintaining reliable 24/7 solution operations while serving as a key escalation point for major technical issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in software development or infrastructure operations. We value individuals who possess a broad understanding of distributed systems and a proven ability to inspire teams toward a shared vision. You should be a strong communicator who can explain complex concepts to various stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative, results-driven management style. Proficiency in English is required, along with a deep curiosity about emerging technologies and a proactive, can-do attitude. A background in SaaS products or startup environments is considered a significant asset.
