We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. At Promise, we are modernizing the way utility companies and government agencies assist individuals facing financial hardship. Our technology simplifies the process for residents to access benefits and manage payment plans, while simultaneously helping agencies improve their operational efficiency and revenue recovery. With over 50 million dollars in funding and recognition as a top GovTech startup, we are dedicated to transforming public systems to better serve vulnerable populations. You will work in a hybrid environment within the United States, serving as a bridge between our technology and the government agencies that rely on it to deliver essential services.
Responsibilities
- Take a proactive approach to ensure our products succeed with customers, demonstrating grit and a willingness to overcome any obstacle.
- Work directly with government partners to analyze their specific relief program requirements and co-create effective, innovative solutions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, such as benefit distribution efficiency and program enrollment rates, to ensure our tools provide maximum impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience working within highly regulated industries or directly with government entities.
- An undergraduate degree in an analytical or technical field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- A strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for using data-driven strategies to solve complex, real-world problems.
- A commitment to our mission of improving public service efficiency and empowering people through relief programs.
- The ability to travel frequently, as customer needs may require you to be on-site 50 percent of the time or more.
