Deliverability Consultant at Cordial

We are looking for a Senior Deliverability Consultant to join our remote team and help us continue building a culture rooted in transparency, trust, and collaboration.

What you'll be doing

• You will serve as a subject matter expert, interpreting complex deliverability data like bounce logs and engagement metrics to provide actionable, prescriptive guidance to our clients.
• You will lead the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for long-term sending success.
• You will collaborate across internal departments, including Engineering and Client Success, to troubleshoot issues and improve our internal processes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in email infrastructure and client relations. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a deliverability-focused role, including hands-on work with MTA service providers and self-hosted solutions like GreenArrow or KUMO.
• Deep technical knowledge of email authentication protocols, specifically SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
• Proven experience troubleshooting sending issues across global regions, including APAC and EMEA.
• A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in G Suite tools and a strong ability to build and deliver professional presentations.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global client base.
