Entangle envisions a crypto ecosystem where data and assets flow freely and seamlessly across both Web2 and Web3. We are committed to building B2B solutions with custom universal data feeds, cross-chain messaging solutions, optimised to developers needs and Liquid Vaults DApp, which serves as natural liquidity optimizer and insurer of capital efficiency.

Entangle pioneers the creation of fully customizable and interoperable data infrastructure tailored for Web3 and institutional needs. We empower builders and dApps with universal data pathways, allowing seamless operations across various blockchain networks.

We’re seeking a senior marketing executive to market a few DeFi products globally. The marketer will collborate with CMO and Product Owner to generate disruptive ideas and concepts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative skills while also being able to build and support a process around him/herself. This role requires prior deep DeFi experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the launch of liquid staking and lending&borrowing solutions from both marketing and PR perspectives, ensuring comprehensive positioning and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication delivery strategy encompassing various mediums such as X, YouTube, web outlets and portals, maximising reach and engagement.

- Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to track performance metrics and optimise exposure, including identifying optimal posting times and content strategies.

- Come up with and process creative, disruptive marketing and branding ideas and concepts.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at user growth, collaborating closely with technical, product, and external partners to brainstorm innovative ideas and conduct thorough analyses to support business expansion efforts.

- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all communication channels, effectively resonating with the target audience while safeguarding the integrity of the brand identity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience with web-based products, with at least 2 years in sr marketing roles within DeFi projects (CEXes are not DeFi).

- Experience leading teams of 5+ people.

- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

- In-depth knowledge of USPs of popular products such as Uniswap and Lido.

- Personal experience dealing with crypto assets.

- Expertise in growing user bases using the latest technology and tools.

- Portfolio of disruptive/degen marketing campaigns.

- Ability to create, drive, and execute marketing strategy effectively.

- Located in EMEA or Asia to accommodate team business hours.
