DeFi Marketing Lead at Entanglelabs

At Entangle, we are building the infrastructure necessary to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3. Our mission is to create a seamless ecosystem where data and assets move freely across blockchain networks. We specialize in developing B2B solutions, such as custom universal data feeds and cross-chain messaging, alongside our Liquid Vaults DApp. By providing interoperable data pathways, we empower developers and institutions to operate efficiently across diverse networks. We are currently looking for a senior marketing executive to join our team and lead the global promotion of our DeFi products.

Key outcomes

• Direct the strategic planning and execution for the launch of our liquid staking and lending and borrowing solutions, ensuring our messaging and positioning are impactful.
• Design and carry out a multi-channel communication strategy that leverages platforms like X, YouTube, and various web portals to maximize our reach.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify the best content strategies, and optimize our overall exposure.
• Generate and refine creative, disruptive marketing concepts that strengthen our brand identity.
• Manage cross-functional growth initiatives by working alongside our product and technical teams to support business expansion.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels to ensure we resonate with our target audience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with web-based products, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior marketing role specifically within the DeFi sector.
• Proven experience in leading teams of 5 or more people.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• A deep understanding of the unique value propositions of major DeFi products like Uniswap and Lido.
• Direct personal experience managing and interacting with crypto assets.
• A strong track record of growing user bases through modern technology and tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to execute disruptive or degen marketing campaigns.
• The ability to independently create and drive high-level marketing strategies.
• Residency in the EMEA or Asia regions to ensure alignment with our team's business hours.
