What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior DeFi Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office for at least 4 days each week. You will be responsible for implementing and deploying novel protocols, contributing to open-source software, and maintaining code that powers decentralized networks.

What will you do?

• Manage the complete life cycle of blockchain software development, covering everything from initial requirements and design to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Focus on building and maintaining core blockchain infrastructure, including essential services, frameworks, and libraries.
• Apply your creativity to solve complex technical and business problems while developing DApps, building internal tools, and managing blockchain nodes.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Rust, or Golang.
• Extensive experience with async and concurrent programming.
• Practical knowledge of interacting with blockchains using Web3 or Ethers.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development in Solidity or Rust, along with a solid understanding of DeFi protocols, L2 integrations, and transaction ordering.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
