The opportunity

We are searching for a talented Decision Scientist to join our Analytics and Insights team. This is a vital role within our Workplace vertical, where you will serve as a bridge between complex data and actionable business strategy. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary group of researchers, engineers, and designers to help our customers unlock the true potential of their real estate portfolios. By turning our rich performance datasets into clear, compelling narratives, you will help our clients make informed decisions that improve both the financial and experiential performance of their offices.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into our expansive datasets to uncover trends and patterns in space analytics that provide real value to our clients.
• You will craft and deliver high-quality presentations that translate complex technical findings into clear, persuasive stories that drive decision-making.
• You will collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine the insights and recommendations we deliver to our partners.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with at least three years of experience in a data science or analytics capacity. You possess a strong quantitative background, holding a degree in a field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science. You are comfortable working with large datasets, and you have the technical proficiency to write efficient SQL queries and develop models using Python. You understand the nuances of workplace design and real estate, and you have a knack for visual communication using tools like Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib, or SeaBorn. Above all, you are a skilled communicator who can design analytical projects from start to finish, applying experimental design and statistical rigor to solve fundamental problems.
