The opportunity
As our Dealer Development Lead, you will take the helm of our network growth strategy. This is a pivotal full-time role where you will bridge the gap between our high-level business objectives and the day-to-day operations of our retail partners. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our dealer relationships, from identifying new opportunities for expansion to ensuring that our existing locations are performing at their peak. By blending market analysis with hands-on consulting, you will ensure that our network is not only growing but evolving to meet the needs of our customers.
A day in the life
- You will conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify growth potential, managing the entire process of prospecting, onboarding, and integrating new dealer outlets into our network.
- You will act as a mentor and guide for our partners, overseeing dealer training and implementing performance standards to ensure every location delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- You will manage the complexities of contract management, supporting our dealers through initial agreements and renewals while facilitating smooth transitions in ownership structures.

You are a seasoned professional with a sharp analytical mind and a talent for building networks. You understand that successful Human Resources and Sales strategies go hand in hand, and you are comfortable navigating both the technical and human sides of business development.
