What you bring

As a Lead within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of our data ecosystems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, requiring seven to ten years of professional experience. You will be at the forefront of our Data Engineering and Infrastructure initiatives, utilizing your expertise in Java, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure to maintain robust systems. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Auditing client IT infrastructure to identify assets, analyze vulnerabilities, and assess potential threats.
• Developing and maintaining scalable continuous integration and deployment pipelines for data processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable risk mitigation strategies that enhance overall system security.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Java development and IT risk management. We are looking for someone who understands object-oriented programming and system architecture, paired with hands-on experience in containerization and cloud platforms. You must be proficient in English and hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team, bringing a deep understanding of vulnerability management frameworks, security patch management, and configuration auditing to our projects.
