Full Time Lead On-site Pakistan Engineering SQL Server Database Security Performance Optimization Troubleshooting Database Design English

We are looking for a Lead Database Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Pakistan. For over 30 years, TCP has been a leader in workforce management, providing mobile timekeeping and scheduling solutions to millions of users across the public and private sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced professional to help us maintain the high standards of our database infrastructure. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain our SQL Server environments while ensuring optimal performance through index tuning and query analysis.
Manage robust database security protocols, including user permissions, encryption, and comprehensive backup and recovery strategies.
Provide expert technical guidance to our development teams and stakeholders to resolve complex connectivity, locking, or performance issues.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience working as a Database Administrator.
Deep expertise in SQL Server administration, including database design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in performance optimization and database security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams, including developers and project managers.
Physical ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
