We are looking for a Database Administrator SR to join our team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust data engineering assets and frameworks to meet our evolving organizational data demands.
- Build, optimize, and manage data pipelines using ETL and ELT methodologies to ensure seamless data extraction and loading.
- Implement automated testing and streamlined processes to improve data reliability, reduce development time, and maintain high security standards across all pipelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work setting. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DataOps.
- Proven expertise in administering Postgres and Snowflake within the Google Cloud Platform environment.
- Practical experience setting up and managing CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Advanced SQL skills, specifically regarding performance tuning and database optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
