We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Architect to join our global engineering team and help shape the future of gaming commerce. Xsolla is a leader in the video game industry, providing a powerful suite of tools that help developers and publishers monetize and distribute their games to players in over 200 countries and territories.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data warehouse solutions using Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
Develop and maintain complex data models, schemas, and ETL processes to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Optimize the performance and scalability of our data warehouse infrastructure.
Maintain high standards for data security, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical leadership and share best practices regarding data architecture across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse challenges to ensure seamless operations.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of professional experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.
Strong technical proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and Composer (Apache Airflow).
Proven experience working with Python.
Hands-on experience with Debezium and Kafka solutions.
Familiarity with various RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies.
Ability to create detailed diagrams for complex data architectures using ERDs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Nice-to-haves

Relevant industry certifications, such as a Google Cloud certification.
