The role
We are seeking a Senior Data Solutions Analyst to join our Data and Technology team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical programming and user-centered design by structuring, optimizing, and automating data systems that empower our entire organization.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, scalable data models and workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain intuitive Airtable bases and interfaces, utilizing custom automations and scripts to streamline daily operations.
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL scripts to clean and transform datasets, ensuring seamless integration with our data warehouse and business intelligence tools.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of technical expertise and a user-focused mindset. You should have at least 3 years of experience in data structuring, solutions engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Proven ability to build and manage Airtable bases, including advanced automations and API scripting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for pipeline maintenance and data transformation.
- Experience with data modeling principles and transformation tools such as dbt or SQLMesh.
- An analytical background in fields like Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data solutions to non-technical team members.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000, plus bonus and incentive stock options. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future, including:
