Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be instrumental in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive our technical strategy, requiring a high degree of collaboration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your impact

• Develop and track performance metrics to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our models.
• Collect and prepare the complex data sets necessary for robust analysis and model building.
• Prototype and refine predictive models using languages like Python or R to test various courses of action.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operations Research.
• Expertise in at least one core field, including machine learning, data science research, or operations research.
• Proven industry experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and high-level modeling languages.
• Strong familiarity with Big Data technologies and the ability to build optimization models.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex mathematical concepts for non-technical partners.
• Fluency in English.
• A required TS/SCI+ security clearance.
• Bonus points for proficiency in Java or C++, and experience supporting large-scale distributed systems in production.
