As we continue to innovate, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United Kingdom. What you'll be doing
- You will leverage Big Data technologies to design and deliver analytical insights that shape our strategic direction.
- You will apply advanced statistical methods to identify patterns, build predictive models, and uncover key trends within large datasets.
- You will automate data collection processes and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex findings into actionable business solutions.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in data science and a deep interest in the financial services sector. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R coding.
- Extensive experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience building predictive models, performing statistical forecasting, and working within cloud environments.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including experience with Gen AI and AI agent applications.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English.
