What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in India. You will play a vital role in our technical organization, working alongside software engineers, product managers, and technical artists to build and maintain advanced machine learning models that protect our enterprise clients.

What will you do?

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms specifically focused on Object Detection and Computer Vision applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex project requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct ongoing research into the latest industry techniques and evaluate model performance to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in production.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:

• Extensive experience with both classical and modern computer vision models, including YOLO, FasterRCNN, and transformer-based architectures like ViT or BLIP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Practical knowledge of data processing tools like Pandas and NumPy.
• A creative, analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will be working closely with diverse teams to drive project ownership.
• Fluency in English.
