We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team and help us drive business strategy through data-driven insights.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate with product managers, operations leads, and engineers to provide the analytics necessary for informed decision-making.
• Partner with senior team members to develop and deploy innovative data science tools.
• Identify business challenges and create effective, actionable solutions that provide long-term value.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-expert stakeholders.
• Maintain a focus on iterative development and deliver high-quality data products that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience within the data field.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or scientific discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proven ability to apply data science techniques to solve significant business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong skills in statistical programming, with a preference for Python and Pyspark.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency industry and a collaborative, curious mindset.

Preferred qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a similar role.
• A demonstrated track record of using Pyspark libraries to address complex data challenges.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, MLflow, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with the Databricks environment.
• Previous professional experience within the Fintech or crypto sectors.
