Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located within the contiguous United States and Canada. You will work directly with premier DeFi protocols, helping them navigate the intricacies of their own systems while deepening your expertise in the mechanisms that power the industry.

Your impact

• Conduct novel research to improve the safety and efficiency of top-tier DeFi protocols through data analysis, mechanism design, and parameter optimization.
• Lead client engagements by scoping projects, managing relationships, and delivering high-value insights that solve real-world problems.
• Produce engaging research content for public release to strengthen our brand and satisfy client requirements.
• Design and deploy intuitive, visually compelling dashboards that provide clarity for both internal teams and external partners.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, along with experience using statistical or mathematical software.
• A proven ability to extract deep, actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for managing client relationships.
• Experience working with financial products, pricing models, or various asset classes.
• The ability to work independently and thrive while pursuing abstract, high-level goals.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
