What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will focus on neural search, personalization, content recommendation, and custom LLM fine-tuning while collaborating with skilled colleagues to create next-generation products. You will work in a Hybrid model from our India location. Your three main responsibilities will be:

• Innovate and develop scalable solutions that leverage AI technologies to process and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
• Quickly prototype, test, and deploy effective AI solutions, managing project timelines and deliverables while staying current with the latest AI research.
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to identify and implement AI-driven enhancements for user experiences, guiding projects from initial idea through to deployment.

Requirements

We seek candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI models, especially in areas such as custom LLM fine-tuning and content personalization. You should have a solid foundation in AI technologies, strong proficiency in Python, and familiarity with common AI development frameworks. Experience or a keen interest in ML-Ops, moving projects from concept to production at scale, is highly valued. We also welcome applicants who come from a backend development background and have moved into AI work, particularly those who have worked with LLM fine-tuning and neural search. Knowledge of building analytical web applications and working with cloud platforms to manage large data sets and complex models will help you succeed. The role requires fluency in English. Beyond technical skills, we look for individuals who are creative, positive, and driven by a genuine passion for solving intricate AI questions with precision and care. Multiple positions at different seniority levels are available.
