The opportunity
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a vital part of our mission to develop and scale the data-driven foundations of our service. You will join a deep-tech team operating at the intersection of mobility, AI, and real-world operations. Your work will directly influence how our fleet behaves, how we forecast customer demand, and how we continue to grow our operations. Every model you build will have a tangible impact on our product and the experience of our customers.
A day in the life
- You will design, test, and deploy machine learning models to analyze cellular network performance, predict fleet behavior, and forecast demand.
- You will manage large, dynamic datasets, transforming raw information into actionable insights through rigorous preprocessing and feature engineering.
- You will integrate your models into our production systems and fine-tune them to ensure high-quality, real-time performance.
Who you are
We are looking for a Senior professional who is curious, proactive, and excited to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. You should have a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning concepts. You are proficient in Python and SQL, with practical experience using libraries such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow. You have hands-on experience building predictive models and deploying them into real-world systems, and you are comfortable wrangling large-scale, complex datasets. Proficiency in English is required for this role, which is based in Germany and offered on a hybrid basis.
