Role at a glance

We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Israel and operates under a hybrid work model, giving you the flexibility to balance your time between home and the office.

Your impact

• You will design, build, and refine advanced predictive models and decision-making systems that directly support our banking products.
• You will act as a key player in our MLOps initiatives, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and ready to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
• You will partner with R&D and cross-functional teams across the US and Israel to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative problem-solver with a strong technical foundation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python with a focus on developing and deploying production-level code.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong skills in working with Relational Databases and writing efficient SQL queries.
• The ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
