Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will play a critical role in our growth and infrastructure efforts, leveraging your expertise to influence major product decisions.
Your impact
- Partner with marketing and product teams to translate campaign strategies and user behavior into actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines to power our marketing dashboards and self-serve analytics.
- Analyze complex blockchain and order book data to identify key drivers for user acquisition, retention, and market dynamics.
What you'll need
- A degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data science or product analytics.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with blockchain or order book data.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery, and modern data visualization tools.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and building robust reporting systems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a deep curiosity for solving complex problems in the crypto and DeFi space.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000 USD. Please note that actual compensation is determined based on your unique experience and location. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and does not include additional benefits such as potential bonuses, merit increases, or equity incentives.
