About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will help both new and established protocols gain a deeper understanding of the complex systems they have built. You will work directly with premier DeFi protocols, applying your expertise to analyze data and collaborate closely with our clients to solve unique challenges that are not typically found in traditional software or investment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct novel research to enhance the safety and efficiency of top-tier DeFi protocols through mechanism design, rigorous data analysis, and dynamic parameter optimization.
• Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, including scoping projects, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering actionable research results.
• Produce engaging, high-quality research content for public distribution to strengthen our brand presence and meet specific client objectives.
• Design and deploy intuitive, visually compelling dashboards that provide clear insights for both our internal team and our external partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage external client relationships effectively.
• A demonstrated track record of extracting deep, meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages such as Python, or other statistical and mathematical software.
• The ability to work independently while navigating abstract goals and ambiguous problem spaces.
• Prior experience working with financial products, pricing models, or various asset classes.

Location

This role is remote and open to candidates located within the contiguous United States and Canada.

Compensation and Benefits
