Data Scientist at Ondo Finance

Role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join us on a Full Time basis. This position is open to candidates working Remote from anywhere, and we are looking for someone with Senior experience who can lead our data efforts from day one.

Your impact

• Build and own our on-chain analytics infrastructure, tracking tokenized treasury products, bridge volumes, and smart contract activity across platforms like Dune and Flipside.
• Design data visualization and reporting systems that turn complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for teams across the company.
• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines that monitor competitor activity, market trends, and on-chain performance for products such as tokenized equities, ETFs, USDY, OUSG, and Ondo Chain.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, including at least one year working directly with blockchain data or at a web3 company. You should be fluent in Python, SQL, and R, comfortable writing complex queries, and experienced with ETL processes and data pipeline development. Strong skills in data visualization and BI platforms are essential, along with familiarity in A/B testing methodologies. You should also bring genuine Web3 product sense, active experience as a DeFi user, and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with tools like Dune, Flipside, block explorers, and various CEX and DEX APIs will help you hit the ground running.
