Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Junior Data Scientist to join us full-time in a hybrid capacity from our office in India. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product thinkers to turn cutting-edge AI research into production features that thousands of employees use every day.
Your impact
- Design and ship scalable AI solutions that turn mountains of workplace data into fast, relevant search, personalized feeds, and smart content recommendations.
- Build quick prototypes, test them in real conditions, and push successful models into production while staying on top of the latest advances in neural search and LLM fine-tuning.
- Partner with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to spot new opportunities for AI and carry those ideas all the way from whiteboard to live deployment.
What you'll need
- One to three years of hands-on experience building and launching AI models, ideally with exposure to custom LLM fine-tuning or content personalization.
- Strong command of Python and core AI frameworks, plus curiosity about ML-Ops practices that move models from notebook to reliable service.
- Comfort working with large datasets, cloud platforms, and analytical web applications; a background in backend development is a plus if you’ve already explored LLM or neural-search projects.
- Fluency in English and a genuine excitement for asking hard questions, testing ideas quickly, and celebrating measurable wins with the team.
